Frequently Asked Questions

Introductory offers may only be used one per client. These memberships will not automatically renew and cannot be extended, put on hold, or carried over to a future period.

Expiration
Class packages expire 3 months after the date of your first class.

Yoga & Pilates Class Packs
This package may be used for any yoga and pilates class.

Reformers Class Packs
This package may be used for any reformers class.

All Classes Class Packs
This package may be used for any regularly scheduled class on the schedule (this excludes workshops, events & teacher trainings).

Autopay Memberships
All autopay memberships require a minimum 3 month commitment and will auto renew unless cancelled.  Please call 909-979-1032 or email info@omnirayoga.com to cancel. Please provide at least 14 days notice for your cancellation.

Special Soft Opening Autopay Membership
As a thank you for your early support, this package will continue to renew at special soft opening price until cancelled. Once this autopay has been cancelled you will have the option to re-purchase an autopay membership at the current price. Special soft opening autopay memberships are allowed 3 months of suspension per year.

Suspending Autopay
Please call 909-979-1032 or email info@omnirayoga.com (include your full name, phone number, and suspension start & end date) to put in your suspension request. Once we receive your request we will contact you with a confirmation or follow up if we need more details.

Special Soft Opening 6 Month & Annual Membership
This soft opening special is available one per client. These memberships will not auto renew, cannot be extended, put on hold, or carried over to a future period.

Early Cancel
If you cancel 4 hours before the start of class you will not be charged a late cancel/ no show fee.

Late Cancel
If you cancel within 4 hours before the start of class you will be charged $10 regardless of your package or membership type.

No Show/ Late Arrival
Students registered for a class with an unlimited membership will be charged a no show fee of $15. Students registered with a class package or 8 classes/month membership will not be charged the fee but will forfeit the use of that class.

As a courtesy to all members, class doors are closed 10 min. after the start of class to minimize disruption. Arrival 10 min. after the start of class will also result in the no show/ late arrival fee policies listed above.

No refunds are offered for any packages or memberships. Memberships & class packages may not be shared, transferred, or used to pay for another student.
